If you're securing seats for more than one guest, simply purchase tickets equal to the number of guests attending, with an option for up to 10 guests per session.

Children and Parents Welcome

At Bear With Us, we believe creativity knows no age limits. Parents are more than welcome to accompany their children during the session. In fact, parents have the option to paint a bear alongside their children, creating wonderful memories together. Please note that for the safety and enjoyment of all, children do require supervision throughout the session, and they can't be left unattended. It's a delightful family-friendly experience where creativity flourishes for both young and young-at-heart.

Bear Pick-Up Made Easy

After you've unleashed your creativity, your bears need a bit of time to dry - approximately 48 hours at Calia Chadstone. But don't worry, they'll be ready for pick-up during any of our session times, making it convenient for you to bring home your one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

Booking Deposit Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation Changes: We understand that plans can change. You may modify your reservation up to 24 hours in advance. To make changes, please notify us via email at bearwithusmelbourne@gmail.com or through Instagram DM @Bearwithus.melbourne - We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Supervision of Children: Parents are encouraged to accompany their children during the painting session. If parents are not painting a bear themselves, only one ticket is required for both the parent's supervision and the child's participation. Please note that supervision by parents is allowed exclusively for children.

3. Bear Pickup: After the painting session, bears take 48 hours to dry and will be ready for pickup. We kindly request that bears be collected within 5 days of being ready. If you are unable to pick up your bear within this timeframe, alternative arrangements can be made, including postage, which can be purchased in-store.
